How to fade the edges of an image in Photoshop

Add a cool vignette effect to your pet portraits using the Lens Correction filter

The vignette effect doesn’t have to be black all the time, as you may find a white vignette works better for the image.

To do this simple trick, head to the Lens Correction filter and shift the Vignette slider to the right. Maximum +100 looks like this and looks great on pet photos.

The Midpoint will extend the vignette into the middle of the image, depending on how much space the subject takes up.
