Transport the colour of a sunset image to another daytime photo using the Match Color adjustment in Photoshop

STEP 01

Load up both the images into Photoshop. One of the images, such as a sunset, should contain the colours that you want to transfer over with the Match Color adjustment.

STEP 02

For this effect, make the daytime image the active document. Then go to Image> Adjustments> Match Color, and inside this menu set Source to the sunset image. The changes should be immediately visible.

STEP 03

Adjust the effect by boosting Luminance to 200 for maximum brightness. Boost Color Intensity to 120 for stronger hues and hit OK to apply the effect, transforming your image into a sunset!
