Here’s a tip for improving skin in portraits, especially wrinkles under eyes
Duplicate the Background layer (Cmd/Ctrl+J) and lower the layer’s Opacity to 50%. The lower opacity setting means skin looks more natural.
Use the Patch tool to mark a selection around the wrinkles, and then drag it to an area on the cheek.
