Photoshop makes it easy to say goodbye to image distractions
Select the Patch tool (J) and activate Content-Aware in the Options bar for the best results (Photoshop CS6 and later versions), with Adaptation set to Medium. This will better detect what’s around the subject to replace the pixels.
Draw around the subject to remove it, leaving a slight gap between the selection and subject. Click and drag the selection area over to one side of the subject to an area of similar pixels. Watch how the subject magically disappears.
Continue to draw around and move all distractions with the Patch tool. Try to line up any obvious straight edges while applying the patches for the best results. When all the subjects have gone, you’ll see a far better image composition.
