Here’s a quick Photoshop tip for creating Brushes from Shapes

Define Brush Preset

There are plenty of Shapes that come with Photoshop, but did you know that each one can be converted into a Brush?

Apply a Shape to a new layer and then go to Edit>Define Brush Preset. Give it a name and then select the Brush tool.

You’ll see your new Brush at the bottom of the thumbnails. Apply scattering and spacing and more from the Brush palette.
