Photoshop CC, and Adobe’s entire Creative Cloud, is unveiled today

Rolling out all the highlights featured at the Adobe MAX conference earlier this year, membership plans are now available for the new Photoshop CC.

Photoshop CC signals a complete change for the way we go about things. There will no longer be any boxed versions, as all upgrades and updates are available via download only.

Joining the Creative Cloud is quite straightforward, and once online you can choose a plan to suit – from needing Photoshop alone, to having the entire spectrum of Adobe’s high-end editing and production suites.

Here’s an overview of some of the new features released with Photoshop CC from today…

  • New sharpening filter, Camera Shake Reduction, deblurs your shots by tracking the path of the lens.
  • Adobe Camera Raw software now forms a part of the Filter menu.
  • 3D and basic video editing functions form part of the package.
  • Links to Behance from networking with other artists/colleagues.

It’s going to be interesting to see how many features are released over the first year of Creative Cloud, and what happens to the current price plans after year one.
